Your Well-Being Matters Too
The Be Well message promotes inner well-being and self-care amongst young people.
Be conscious of your mental health and how you are feeling. Self-awareness means taking note of your inner self as much as your physical being.
Be well through treating your mind and emotions with as much priority as your physical health.
We started 2024 with good vibes & celebrated with Jessica who won 1st prize in the 16-24 yrs age category for our Be Well for Mental Health Youth Art Prize! Congrats!
Well done to all the young people who also submitted their artworks & joined in on the action to promote good mental health. Our campaign with the theme Be Well, Be Aware & Be Kind aimed to raise awareness for good mental health practise and nurturing self-care in and amongst young people. Talented young people in our community submitted some amazing artworks to support this message.
In 2023 we also celebrated with Michelle & Selina who won prizes in their respective age categories for our Be Well for Mental Health Youth Art Prize!
Stay tuned for these artworks to be exhibited in our local community!
