WHAT IS THE "BE WELL" CAMPAIGN ?

Inner Well-Being &

Self Care Is As Important

As Physical Health!

The Be Well message promotes inner well-being and self-care amongst young people.

THE "BE WELL" VALUES

Self-Awareness

Be conscious of your mental health and how you are feeling. Self-awareness means taking note of your inner self as much as your physical being.

Self-Care

You can’t pour from an empty cup! Be kind to yourself and take the time to care for your own wellbeing needs and look after you. Do things for yourself that improve your mental health such as exercise, healthy diet, sleeping well, and getting support when you need it.

Well-Being & Mental Fitness

Be well through treating your mind and emotions with as much priority as your physical health.

Well done to all the young people who also submitted their artworks & joined in on the action to promote good mental health.
