OUR IMPACT.
In FY 2023-24′:
Participants were engaged and supported aross Youth & Family Services
At-Risk Early School Leavers were supported with mentoring.
Students were engaged with driver education.
Disengaged young people were engaged in our locations, covering Sutherland, Bayside, Georges River, Canterbury-Bankstown, Inner West/Burwood.
Participants attended Cronulla Outreach, one of our leading community projects.
People were supported who were at-risk of homelessness or homeless. Over 53% of brokerage support were to people who are culturally and linguistically diverse.
In FY 2022-23′:
Individuals engaged in our youth & employment services
Youth & family members participated in groupwork & community initiatives
Youth & family members supported in counselling / case management
Students & family members were provided education support
Young people & family members were supported in treatment / clinical services
Clients were provided with intensive assistance in schools well-being program

WAYS WE HELP
At 2Connect Youth & Community, we offer a range of holistic complimentary services relating to alcohol and other drugs, finding employment, support individuals who are at risk or are homeless, help youth reconnect with their family or school and run successful community development projects to address local specific needs and issues.
