Alcohol & Other Drugs
Alcohol & Other Drugs
Young people can use alcohol and other drugs, in the same way that adults do for similar reasons. For some young people, this can cause difficulties for them and/or their families. Alcohol and other drugs can lead to, or increase, personal problems or harms, difficulties in family and other relationships, troubles at school or work, financial or legal problems.
READY
READY provides practical and emotional support (case management and counselling) for alcohol and other drugs use and their harms to young people and families. READY also provides a large range of harm reduction initiatives to reduce the harms of alcohol and other drugs, and promotes health and wellbeing through these activities.
